Who will be cleaning my home?
The same small team every visit, assigned to your neighborhood. Every cleaner is background checked and covered by our insurance. If someone on your team is out, we let you know ahead of time who's covering.
What's included in every visit?
Kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, floors vacuumed and mopped, beds made, trash out. We bring all supplies. Extra Detail and Laundry and Beds are +$20 a visit.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your monthly price covers everything: supplies, travel and card fees. No tips needed, no cancellation fees, and the price doesn't change after your first visit.
When do you launch, and where?
December 2026, across Irvine, Tustin, Costa Mesa and South Orange County: Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Woods, Aliso Viejo, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Ladera Ranch, Coto de Caza, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point and San Clemente. We'll expand to more of Orange County next, based on where the waitlist grows.
How does the $99 first deep clean work?
It's your first visit: a top-to-bottom reset of the whole house for a flat $99. After that, your regular schedule (weekly, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks) and your monthly price begin.
Why one monthly price?
Some months have an extra visit. Your price stays the same every month anyway, so your bill never changes.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many people share a door code or lockbox. Entry details stay private to your team.
Can I pause or cancel?
Anytime, online. No contracts and no cancellation fees. Pause for travel or a busy month whenever you need to.
What if something gets missed?
Tell us and we come back within 48 hours to fix it, free.
What if I'm not happy with my team?
Tell us. We'll come back and fix it free within 48 hours, and if it's still not right, we'll move you to a different team.
What if my cleaner can't make it?
We let you know ahead of time and send a teammate who knows your home, or move your visit within 48 hours. Your monthly price never changes.
