Back to Clean LLC ("Back to Clean," "we," "us") runs this website and a house cleaning service in Orange County, California. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you give us: your email address and ZIP code when you join the waitlist, plus the home size and cleaning schedule you picked.
- If you become a member: your name, address, phone number, home access details and billing information, so we can schedule and complete your cleanings.
- Basic site data: standard information your browser sends, such as device type and pages visited, which may be collected by our hosting and analytics tools.
How we use it
- To hold your waitlist spot and tell you when we launch in your area.
- To send updates about Back to Clean. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- To schedule, provide and bill for cleanings if you become a member.
- To improve our website and service.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example our email list provider Kit, scheduling, hosting and payment tools), and only for that purpose, or when the law requires it.
Home access details
Door codes and lockbox details are shared only with the team assigned to your home and the staff who schedule it.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it or we no longer need it. Member information is kept as long as you're a member and as long as the law requires afterward.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. You also have the right not to be treated differently for using these rights. To make a request, email us at hello@backtoclean.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
Children
Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
