## Why one monthly price

A year has 52 weeks, not 48. Clean weekly and some months get four visits while others get five. Clean every 4 weeks and you get 13 visits a year, not 12. When you pay by the visit, your bill jumps around. We spread the whole year evenly, so every bill is the same and the extra visits are included.

## The fine print, in plain English

- **If something gets missed.** Tell us and we're back within 48 hours to fix it, free.
- **If you don't click with your team.** We fix it free. If it's still not right, we move you to a different team.
- **If your cleaner is out.** We tell you ahead of time and send a teammate who knows your home, or move the visit within 48 hours.
- **If you're traveling.** Pause online for a trip or a busy month.
- **If you want to leave.** Cancel online anytime. No contract, no cancellation fee.
- **Your door code.** Shared only with your team and the people who schedule it.

## Our cleaners

Our cleaners are Back to Clean employees, not independent contractors. We hire them, train them, schedule them and insure them, so the people in your home work for us and answer to us. Keeping the same team in your home only works if good people stay, so we build the business around keeping them.

- Background checked
- Covered by our insurance
- Assigned to your neighborhood
- The same team every visit
